Ingredients

Unsweetened Soymilk (room temperature) 125 g
Lemon Juice/ Rice Vinegar (room temperature) 20 g
Fine Salt ½ teaspoon
Brown Sugar ½ teaspoon
Rice Bran Oil 250 ml

Instructions
Combine the Base: Add all ingredients except the rice bran oil into a high-speed blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on low speed until everything is completely combined and smooth.
Emulsify: Gradually pour in the rice bran oil in a slow, thin, and steady stream while blending until fully emulsified, thick, and creamy.
