Soyanaise

Ingredients


Unsweetened Soymilk (room temperature) 125 g 

Lemon Juice/ Rice Vinegar (room temperature) 20 g 

Fine Salt ½ teaspoon 

Brown Sugar ½ teaspoon 

Rice Bran Oil 250 ml 





Instructions

  • Combine the Base: Add all ingredients except the rice bran oil into a high-speed blender. 

  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on low speed until everything is completely combined and smooth. 

  • Emulsify: Gradually pour in the rice bran oil in a slow, thin, and steady stream while blending until fully emulsified, thick, and creamy. 


Serving Suggestions  

This versatile sauce makes a fantastic dip or filling for a wide variety of snacks, including French fries, falafels, nachos, tortillas, and salad dressings. 


Flavor Variations  


  • Herbed Mayo  

Blend in fresh mint or basil leaves for a refreshing, aromatic twist. 


  • Thousand Island  

Mix in a splash of tomato ketchup. 


  • BBQ Mayo  

Combine with tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and smoked paprika. 


  • Honey Mustard (Vegan)  

Stir in coconut nectar and mustard. 


  • Miso Mayo  

Whisk in miso paste and mirin for a rich, savory umami flavor. 


Storage 

The finished soyanaise must be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days.
