Serving Suggestions
This creamy pudding makes an excellent nutrient-dense breakfast bowl or a light snack. You can customize the flavour profile by paring with fresh fruit, or pair with tofu yogurt for a rich texture.
Storage
Store the chia seed pudding in a sealed container or covered cups in the refrigerator. It can be kept for up to 2 days. For the best texture, always add your crunchy toppings right before you eat.
